Social Work with Refugees and Migrants - an international symposium
The resurgence of war, forced displacement and racialised politics requires new perspectives on coloniality, mobility and social justice.
This symposium brings together international scholars, practitioners and civil society actors to examine how colonial continuities shape contemporary migration policies, humanitarian responses and global inequalities.
Participants will engage with perspectives from Europe, Southern Africa and the Mediterranean through keynote lectures, panel discussions and dialogue.
The event will be held in English.
A link will be sent to interested participants in advance.
It is generally possible to attend in person (at your own expense).
